Ultra Sonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning:

Ultrasonic cleaning is a process that takes place in ultrasonic cleaning tanks and baths consisting of a tank equipped with an ultrasonic source. Special water-soluble cleaning fluids improve the cleaning performance of the ultrasound and remove oils, grease, coking/carbon deposits and even stubborn gumming. This effective and gentle cleaning method is used in a wide range of industrial applications: production, manufacturing, process technology, but also in engine maintenance and repair workshops of all kinds.

For ultrasonic cleaning, we offer the non-labelled WAS 20.300 and WAS 20.100 for intensive cleaning of the toughest soiling (coking, burnt-on residues, carbon deposits). Alternatively, you can also use the label-free, pH-neutral WAS 10.500; suitable for all materials and general oil and grease soiling.
